How fast is my server ready?
Usually within a minute of payment. Billing talks to the panel directly, so your server is created automatically and you get an email with your login.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. From your service page in billing, pick a bigger or smaller plan. Upgrades apply straight away and you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period.
Do I get full access to files and mods?
Yes. You get the control panel with console, file manager, SFTP, backups, scheduled tasks and databases. Install any mods, plugins or modpacks you like.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Is there a refund policy?
